Return Policy

Addie Rose Online accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags within 7 days of delivery or 7 days from available in store pick up date.  Refunds will go back onto the original method of payment.  Sale items and accessories are final sale.  Items returned past 7 days but within 30 days will be accepted for store credit only.  

Orders may be returned using any method of your choice at your expense.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Once your exchange is received we will issue a store credit that can be redeemed in store or online.

Shipping Policy

Addie Rose ships orders Monday - Friday.  Please allow 1-2 days for order processing.  Shipping rates are as follows:

USPS Priority Mail $6 (1-3 days)
Express Shipping $20 (1-2 days guaranteed)
